Expeditious Engagement Pipeline
Choose project Statement of Work or retainer engagement, contracted under an Master Service Agreement plus an SOW that defines deliverables, responsibilities, timeline, and acceptance criteria.
Primary delivery is remote from our Hellevoetsluis office, onsite is scheduled for kickoff, workshops, milestone reviews, incident retrospectives, and other high leverage sessions, location expectations are written into the SOW.
Weekly delivery update with progress, risks, decisions, and next milestones, shared backlog with priorities and owners, demos or handover per milestone, acceptance based on the SOW criteria.
Supplier onboarding supported, legal entity and VAT verification, PO based invoicing supported when required, invoices include the required Dutch invoice fields and PO number when applicable.
